Espiritu Del Universo is sacred plants incense, inspired by natural smudging plants and herbs. Each stick is pressed together and hand-rolled with bamboo and contains only natural organic ingredients including copal herbs and spices.

Each stick is lovingly hand rolled using only the finest herbs and resins. They are 2-3 times the thickness of traditional stick incense. approx. 90 mins burn time.

White Sage - This plant is deeply rooted in the cultures and pathways of the Indigenous communities of Southern California and northern Baja, the only region where white sage naturally occurs in the world.

White sage is burned for meditation, smudging and cleansing of spirit and dwelling. White sage smoke is believed to provide a protective barrier that prevents negative spirits from entering the room in which the ceremony is being held.

Lavender is burned to relax mind and body, supporting sleep and alleviating stress.
