All Mask/Treatments - Apply once a week to clean, towel dried or damp hair. Apply your chosen mask/ treatment from mid-lengths to ends and comb through. Wrap in a hot towel or plastic cap and place under a heat source e.g. dryer or steamer for 10 minutes.

It is important to apply heat within the first 5 minutes of the treatment application as this is when the hair will be most accepting and absorbing.
